I have built a reputation for delivering success through structure, innovation and a clear Customer focus. My passion is helping Individuals and business’s reach their full potential.

I have honed my sales and commercial skills across FMCG, Consumer Electronics and E-commerce with companies like Mars, Sony, LG and eBay.

Understanding the Customer needs, and how revenue and profit form part of the structure, developing individuals and teams to push boundaries and performance is another. My ability to balance a core commercial focus with an ability to get the most from people at all levels is the backbone of my approach.

Having worked across customer service, logistics, sales, account management, revenue Management and sales leadership my approach is based on experience coupled with working across the spectrum of small SMB’s to Global Manufactures and Retailers. This allows me to flex my approach based on where the Customer is on their journey and how to move forward in the most efficient, profitable way.

Outside of work, I am married with two teenage daughters. A passionate cyclist and swimmer and holder of a private pilots licence.
